4. Tour Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customers: Standard Cancellation – All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or fax.
- 45–30 days before departure: 50% of the total amount will be charged, plus any applicable bank or provider fees.
- Less than 30 days before departure: No refund will be given; the full deposit is forfeited.
- No-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged. No refund for unused services such as tours, meals, or accommodations.
