Day 1: Ha Noi City Arrival -City Tour

Meals: Lunch/Dinner | Vehicle: Air

Morning: Our tour guide and driver will pick you up at Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi Airport). We will visit Bat Trang Ceramic Village and enjoy lunch at a local Halal restaurant.

Afternoon: Continue the tour with visits to the Central Mosque, Hoa Lo Prison, the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long, and Hoan Kiem Lake. Check in at the hotel and enjoy some free time. Dinner will be served at a Halal restaurant. Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi - Sapa – Ta Van Village

Meals: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner | Vehicle: Air

06:30 AM: After breakfast at the hotel, check out and transfer to Sapa via the Noi Bai – Lao Cai highway. Upon arrival in Sapa, enjoy lunch at a local Halal restaurant.

Afternoon: Visit Lao Chai and Ta Van Villages, home to the Black H’Mong and Dzay ethnic groups. This area marks the beginning of the Muong Hoa Valley. From the main road’s high viewpoint, a breathtaking panorama of the villages unfolds, surrounded by towering mountains and overlooking the river. Here, you can enjoy the fresh air, admire the stunning terraced rice fields and streams, and visit some Black H’Mong families to experience their daily life.

Return to Sapa town and have dinner at a Halal restaurant. In the evening, you are free to explore Sapa’s night atmosphere at your leisure. Overnight stay in Sapa.

Day 3: Sapa – Fansipan Moutain - Ha noi

Meals: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner | Vehicle: Air

08:00 AM: After breakfast at the hotel, our driver and tour guide will take you to the Cable Car Station. Enjoy a 20-minute cable car ride with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.

09:00 AM: At an altitude of 2,800 meters, take your time to admire the scenery, capture memorable photos, and visit the pagodas – important spiritual sites. Continue by trekking up 600 steps to reach the peak of Fansipan, known as the Roof of Indochina. (Spend approximately 1.5 hours for hiking and photo taking).

11:00 AM: Return to the Cable Car Station and transfer back to Sapa town. Check out from the hotel and enjoy lunch at a Halal restaurant.

After lunch, depart for Hanoi. Upon arrival, have dinner at a Halal restaurant, check in to the hotel, and overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 4: Hanoi – Halong Bay

Meals: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner | Vehicle: Air

08:30 AM: After breakfast, you will be picked up at the hotel for the journey to Ha Long Bay. The trip follows the Hanoi – Haiphong – Tuan Chau Highway, taking approximately 2.5 hours.

11:30 AM: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor and board the boat to begin your excursion exploring the beauty of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

12:00 PM: Enjoy a set menu lunch on the boat with fresh seafood (or Halal takeaway meal).

01:00 PM: Visit Sung Sot Cave – the most stunning cave in Ha Long Bay, featuring magnificent stalactites and stalagmites.

02:00 PM: Experience kayaking or take a bamboo boat through Luon Cave to discover the charming lagoon.

02:45 PM: Continue to Ti Top Island, famous for its sandy beach. Here, you may enjoy swimming or hike to the top of the island for a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay.

03:30 PM: Return to the boat and head back to the harbor.

Arrive at the harbor, then transfer by bus back to Hanoi. Upon arrival, enjoy dinner at a Halal restaurant. Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 5: Ha Noi– Departure

Free time to explore Hanoi City on your own until transfer to Noi Bai Airport for your departure flight. End of tour services.

4. Tour Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customers: Standard Cancellation – All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or fax.

  • 45–30 days prior to departure: 50% of the full amount will be charged, plus any bank or provider fees.
  • Less than 30 days: No refund will be given; the full deposit is forfeited.
  • No-show cases: 100% of the total amount will be charged. No refund for unused services including sightseeing, meals, or accommodations.
