4. Tour Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customers: Standard Cancellation – All cancellations must be received in writing via email or fax.
- 45–30 days prior to departure: 50% of the full amount will be charged, plus any bank or provider fees.
- Less than 30 days: No refund will be given; the full deposit is forfeited.
- No-show cases: 100% of the total amount will be charged. No refund for unused services including sightseeing, meals, or accommodations.
